synergy st francis place requires a credit card to
guarantee ALL reservations. at the time of move in
your credit card will be charged as follows
- for stays of 29 nights and less your credit card
will be charged for the complete stay on the arrival
date.
- for stays of 30 nights or more your credit card
will be charged for the first month on the arrival
date. the remaining months will be charged by the 1st
of each month for that month s balance of rent due.
- cancellation policy
reservation cancellation policies are as follows -
cancellations 7 days prior to arrival -no charge.
1-7 night stay cancelled within 7 days of arrival - 1
night rental
8-29 night stay cancelled within 7 days of arrival - 3
night rental.
30 or more nights cancelled within 7 days of arrival -
5 night rental.
no show policy if your reservation is not cancelled
and you do not arrive for check-in a no show fee will
apply.
