Hotel Queen Anne was built in 1890 by silver baron Senator James Fair and it was originally used as an Etiquette School for Girls. According to legend, the Residing Ghost of the Superintendent of the School, Ms. Mary Lake frequents the hotel.
This San Francisco Victorian styled hotel is located on the more serene Pacific Heights and allows guests to easily discover the sites of the downtown area, including Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square.

take 280 north to san francisco and exit on 6th street. go forward on 6th which becomes taylor after crossing market and turn left on sutter street. go nine blocks to sutter and octavia. please feel free to park in our loading zone while you check in. our staff will issue your parking permit 14.00 per day and direct you to our parking area across the street on octavia.
take 880 north and follow signs to the bay bridge toll 3.00 and san francisco. exit to the right on fremont street. go 5 blocks and turn left on pine. continue on pine and turn left again on gough. go two blocks and turn right on sutter. street. go one block and park in our loading zone at 1590 sutter on the right while you check in. our staff will issue your parking permit 14.00 per day and direct you to our parking area across the street on octavia.
